Muhammad A. Nadhiri is the Founding Managing Partner of LightPoint Group. In addition to leading LightPoint, Muhammad is a Co-Founding Partner at Axis Development Group, which has offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles; Muhammad leads the development of Axis’ residential/retail mixed-use projects.

Prior to forming LightPoint and Axis, Muhammad was a Co-Founding Partner at UrbanCore Development and the Founding Managing Partner at M.A.N. Associates, both of which are San Francisco Bay Area-based real estate development firms; Muhammad served as the Principal-in-Charge for each firm's development activities.

Previously, Muhammad was a Senior Project Manager at AF Evans Development in Oakland, where he was responsible for the development of two downtown-revitalization residential/retail mixed-use projects, totaling 433 for-sale units and 70,000 square feet of retail over five city blocks.

Muhammad began his real estate career as an Associate at Wilson Meany in San Francisco, where he co-managed the development of rental and for-sale residential/retail mixed-use projects in San Francisco and the Bay Area; one of which was as a member of the project team for the redevelopment of the historic Ferry Building.

Prior to beginning his career in real estate development, Muhammad was an investment banker; he was an Analyst at Nationsbanc Securities and an Associate at RBC Dominion Securities, in New York City. Muhammad holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Morehouse College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Reg Javier has worked in workforce and economic development for over 30 years. During this time, he has held positions at all levels ranging from front line staff to executive leadership. Over the course of his career, Reg has worked at the national, state and local levels. His work history includes working at the State of California Employment Development Department, the San Diego Workforce Partnership (the local Workforce Board), an international consulting firm – Public Consulting Group, the County of San Bernardino as Deputy Executive Officer overseeing the Economic Development Agency (which housed both Economic Development and the Workforce Development Board), and was appointed by Governor Newsom in August of 2020 as the Executive Director of the State of California Employment Training Panel.

Over the course of his career, Reg has worked on workforce policy development, system designs, redesigns, strategy development, operations, and capacity building at the local, state, and national levels. He has also worked on the development of regional strategies around healthy economic growth, business attraction (and site selection), and regional development. He has worked to align regional assets and economic growth strategies with the planning, strategies and investments of county and city governments, the education system, the workforce development system, and both public and private institutions. Reg is a recognized leader and has been on boards at the global, national, regional and local levels for organizations and systems in both workforce and economic development.

Nick Schultz has thirty years of direct experience in the fields of Economic and Workforce Development. He is a nationally recognized expert and seasoned leader with a proven track record of creating operational efficiency, innovative and responsive program development and leading high functioning teams. Nick’s unique ability to understand both the big picture and place centric need has allowed him to continually partner with both private and public investors to fund signatures initiatives recognized for their lasting impact on the built environment, business community and for residents. He has led specific efforts funded by the Annie Casey Foundation, Aspen Institute, Bloomberg Philanthropies, James Irvine Foundation, Kauffman Foundation, Wells Fargo, Walmart Foundation, Forward Cities, Living Cities and the United States Departments of Commerce, Defense, Housing & Urban Development and Justice. Nick’s signature achievement is evidenced most directly by the City of Long Beach’s notoriety as Space Beach. He authored the Defense Industry Adjustment proposals and managed the projects that saw the workforce transition, supply chain stabilization/optimization and physical transformation of the former Boeing C17 facility and surrounding commercial corridors into the Western United States leading technology commercialization and satellite/rocket manufacturing hub.

Nick holds a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy from Norwich University, is a Marrano Fellow of the Aspen Institute’s Sector Skills Academy, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government Inaugural Class of Leading in a New Age, Past Vice-President of both the California Workforce Association, and the US Conference of Mayor’s Workforce Development Council, and member of the Linked Learning Alliance Equity Council.

Alvin Da Costa is a seasoned executive currently serving as the Vice President of NPN AI Consulting at NVIDIA. In this role, he develops global go-to-market (GTM) AI strategies tailored for Global System Integrators (GSIs), Service Delivery Partners (SDPs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). His primary focus is on channel development and the strategic direction for AI, where he has successfully built a team of 70 people that has contributed to the impressive growth of the business to $1.5 billion in just three years.

Before his current position, Alvin led various teams at NVIDIA, including Programs, Channel Operations, Global Systems Integration, and OEM Channel GTM. He played a crucial role in crafting the NPN Partner Program strategy and operations, as well as developing new channel strategies for cloud services, global systems integrators (GSIs), and OEM markets. His impactful leadership resulted in the remarkable growth of the partner business from $200 million to $2.2 billion over a five-year period.

Alvin's career also includes a significant role at Nimble Storage, where he was the Senior Director of Worldwide Channels GTM Strategy and Marketing at Nimble Storage. Under his leadership, the team designed and launched the Nimble Storage Global Partner Program. His efforts in developing channel incentive programs, MDF funds, competitive trade-in programs, and strategic alliances with leading technology companies significantly boosted partner loyalty and sales.

Prior to Nimble Storage, Alvin also had a 13-year tenure at Cisco Systems, where he held various pivotal roles, including Senior Sales Business Development Manager for Data Center. He played a key role in establishing global channel strategies, executing large-scale global conferences and roadshows, and developing partner profitability programs and helpdesk strategies. His leadership in hiring and managing teams, developing market intelligence, and implementing go-to-market strategies contributed to significant growth and recognition.

With a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing innovative partner programs, and leading high-performing teams, Alvin continues to be a visionary leader, fostering strategic partnerships and advancing technology solutions in the AI and data center domains.

Alvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University. Alvin's expertise and leadership continue to drive innovation and growth in the AI consulting space.
